Returns and Warranty

Not the frame for you? No worries, glasses can be returned to us within 15 days of receiving your order for store credit. Store credits never expire and can be applied to any future purchases from Vision First Optical. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a shipping fee may apply for replacements.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Glasses must be sent back within 15 days of receiving the order in its original packaging with all tags and labels.
  • The item is in good, unused condition as delivered (except for those found damaged or defective upon receipt).
  • Returns must include all materials originally sent (e.g. cases, cloths, and lenses).
  • Store credit is applied directly to the Vision First Optical account used to place the order. It never expires and can be spread across multiple orders. Guest Checkout customers will need to open a Vision First Optical account before items can be returned for store credit. ​​​​​​​​
  • We continuously monitor return activities to prevent abuse and reserve the right to limit returns and exchanges in any situation.
Manufacturing and Other Defects

If you notice any manufacturing issues, please send the glasses back for inspection within 15 days. If our inspection reveals a defect, we will remake the glasses for you at no cost. If you prefer a replacement, we’ll ship your new eyewear to you. Items for exchange may be of the same value as the original item being returned. For an exchange to another item of higher value, you will need to cover the price difference. For an exchange to another item of lower value, there will be no refund of the price difference.

Lifetime Warranty

Vision First Optical’s lifetime warranty safeguards your eyewear investment against accidents, negligence, or mishandling. Redeemable at any of our Vision First Optical branches nationwide, we offer complimentary repairs for your glasses at no charge. While repairs are covered under our warranty, charges may apply for replacement parts if needed.

How do I make an exchange or return?
